Hello? I have been using these sentences a lot in my email. I am curious that I write the right sentences. Please fix it if there is a mistake. Thank you!

1 I am wondering if you guys have 10 rooms available for April 11, Wed.

2 How much the room costs per night?

3 Breakfast is included?

Could you tell me if there is sentences that are proper. Thank you again!!

You are being too casual for the kind of communication you are doing.

1 Do you have 10 rooms available for Wednesday, April 11th?
2 What is the room charge per night?
3 Is breakfast included?

You can say it - and it would be understood - but it is not the usual form.

What is the cost of the room per night? is more fluent if you wish to use 'cost' rather than 'charge'.
