what is the problem with these sentences
1.He would not have written this letter if he would not have heard the news.
2.Hardly had we settled down for the night’s rest when we were started by loud noises outside the house.
3.All we could find from his neighbors are that he has a job in the complition.

1. The problem is the second 'would not have'. It's the wrong tense.
I won't provide the correct answer until you confirm that I would not be doing your homework for you.

2. 'Started' is the wrong word.

3. 'complition' is wrong, there is a word missing after 'find', 'are' is incorrect, 'in the' is likely to be incorrect too.
