is it important to able to work with a group of people on a team or to work independantly?use reasons and specific examples to
support your answer

After juxtaposing the advantages of working in a team and working independently i feel that the former has fewer advantages than the later.
so i feel that one should work independently to triumph a great success in their field of work. In the following passages i'll enumerate
few reasons to support my opinion.

First and foremost,working in a group had many disadvantages like decision taking involves lot of time,few people may oppose decision
for their personal benefits, few people try to get lead on team and many more disadvantages, whereas in the case of independent performance
one does not have such difficulties and they can make their own decisions.

Secondly, People who take tasks independently gets the benefit of high recognition in an company or industry, unlike in a group performance
their work is not given prominance when compared to the people who has done independent task. For instance,when i was doing my third year semi-project
in under grad i was accompanied by a group of students to do the project. Eventhough i worked hard to complete it on time i got no recognition
from my head of the department.

Thirdly,some people really work hard to finish the project or goal on time where as some people really dont care about the same as the group is
taking care of it. For instance,when i was doing my third year semi-project in under grad few students in the team use to neglect the orientation
classes of project and seldom participated on project work, But when the project finished even those people got awarded with good grades,which discouraged
the work of hardworkers of that project. So i decided to take project independently in my forth year of under grad and i eventually ended up getting an A plus.

To sum up,for these reasons like less reputetion, more time to complete i firmly oppose working on a team and encourage people to take their own independent tasks
and move forword in their life.
