problem with the " send letter"

Hello Torsten,

I tried to correct a mistake, - I did already it earlier without problem. Only I had to put a plural "s". And I couldn't send back my letter. Till now they went back.
here the letter what I would put back in its place. (I wanted to correct cake- because I think cakes would be betterKati Svaby

Hello Megan,

How in the world could it happened ? I couldn't say anything I searched this letter for a half an hour, so help me God it was not there.
I wrote a letter to Torsten. Of course he didn't answer. After somebody put back my letter on its place. So there are two pieces of same letters.

I am rather shocked at this thing.

If I don't set your nerves on edge I would tell you how happened.
I noticed one mistake in my letter. I wanted to correct it. I clicked to edit with scissors. My letter went back. I corrected my mistake and I clicked to send message. I got a message that "sorry your letter couldn't edit" And I clicked to several times but my letter didn't go through. Then I looked at the letters. Below Megan's letter it should have been my letter but it was another letter there. I looked for - among my letters - this letter. When I clicked to it, I could see on its place. But when I left the page and came back again, my letter wasn't there.
Then I wrote the letter to Torsten.

From here you know everything. Believe me this happened in this way.
By accident, can I ask you to delete the second.

Dear Kati,

It sounds like there was a glitch or something at the moment. Maybe there was too much delay at the moment or the site was momentarily down. Anyway, it's fixed now thankfully. If it happens again, let me know okay?

Dear Megan,

Many thanks for caring for us. You say that I can do to click to edit if I find a mistake in the sent letter and I could correct it and after I could send back. Because when I found out this possibility ( about half a year ago, unfortunately) it worked very well.This was the first occasion that it didn't work.
