Nowadays, it has become very difficult to find a true friend. Thus, we have to protect our friendships by helping each other when it is necessary. At some point during our lives [either] our friends or we [may] {this was correct, but I think this makes it more clear} need some financial support. Personally, I believe that borrowing some money from a friend does not harm our[the] {I think it is better to use "the" here unless you say "from my friend does not harm our friendship"} friendship.
To start with, as long as we return the amount of money that a friend lend[has lent] us back our friendship cannot be harmed. To illustrate this, during my first and second years of undergraduate studies I was working in a bookstore in order to earn some money for my tuition fees. However, during my third year I had to study more because there were more assignments and homework to do. I was in a dilemma but I finally decided to quit my job. It was a hard decision because I couldn't pay my tuition fees anymore. Then, I asked my best friend to lend me some money and I promised him to pay him back as soon as possible. My friend gave [me] this money and I continued my studies. I felt very lucky having a friend like him and I will never forget this favor. After my graduation, I got a wonderful job and I return[ed] the money back {using both return and back is redundant} to my friend.
Another reason that is worth mentioning is that helping your friends by lending them money makes the friendship more stronger and [more] trustful. For instance, two years ago a friend of mine wanted to open a bakery. Although he had not enough money to invest on[in] this bakery, he was[had been] dreaming about it for a long time. When he asked me to lend him some money to fulfil his dream then I immediately said that I can[would] help him. He was very happy and he started to plan his bakery. After three years, the bakery was opened and it was one of the most successful businesses in our city. He return[ed] [to] me all the money back{you can "give back" but not "return back"} and said that I will always be his best friend. I felt very proud of my self{one word} because I had helped a friend. Now, I know that our friendship will lasts[last] forever.
In final consideration, borrowing or lending money does not damage a friendship as long as this money comes back to the owner as soon as possible. Moreover, trusting your friends makes the relationship lasts[last] longer. True friends is[are] hard to be found{I would add semicolon here} that is why we should preserve our relationships when[because] we know that our friends will be eager to help us in our difficult moments.
