Hello, please explain me the difference between these words:"sure" and "of course" and phrases: "small boy (girl etc.)" and "little boy (girl etc.)".

No difference between 'small' and 'little' there, though you would say a boy/girl was small for their age, not little or their age.

No difference between 'sure' and 'of course' if you are thinking of their use as someone agreeing with something or agreeing to do something, e.g.
Will you phone at 4pm
Sure/Of course.
