Are these sentences correct:
1-He refused to help me and did not tell anyone to do it. (...did not tell anyone to help me)
2-My mother did not drive me to the airport and did not pay for it. (... did not pay for me to be driven to the airport)
3-He did not speak French to me and prevented my sister from doing it. (... prevented my sister from speaking French with me)

1. He did not speak French to me.
2. He did not speak to me in French.
3. He did not speak French with me.
4. He did not speak with me in French.
Do they mean the same?

1 & 2 may just be 'Bonjour'.
3 & 4 are extended conversations.
