1. May I take a picture of you? May I take your picture?=======> Said when you want someone's picture, right?

2. Could you take our picture?======> Said when you want someone to help you take a picture of you and someone, right?

3. What if (or What about if) you want to be in a picture with someone? What do you say to them(or What would you say to them)? How to word the request? (Is this sentence correct?)

Thanks.

Sir, could check the red parts in question 3? Those are things that I am not sure about.

Thanks again.

Sorry to be a pain Mr Micawber, but I think in this case one would say something like:
Can you take a picture with me please? Or am I wrong?

Thank you

You can say that too, of course, or what I suggested.

Please bear with me Mr Micawber, I just want to make sure I understand this correctly.

Say I walk up to a celebrity and ask them if they would take a picture with me because I'd like to have a picture of the two of us together (Something I would never do but never mind that! :)). Is it then fine to say: Could you take our picture?

Thanks again!

Our = you and me
Our = me and this third party here

Context will make clear who is meant.
