Computer crashed, after analytical section

hi guys,

I got my Gre (sort of), on the 1st of May. I was very stressed, I think u know what i'm talking about.
Anyway I went there, and I wrote the 2 esseys in the analytical section, and after the break(10 min. between analytical and verbal), the computer crashed.( I was satisfied with the essays. )
The staff, moved me to another computer, the essays were saved, but the next computer crashed, also, after the break(10 min.).
I called ETS, and they told me that I have to retake the exam, including the analytical section (no additional charge). They also told me that this is frequent.
Is there anyone who has been through this?
