Hello Torsten,

I downloaded the ooVoo on 14th Oktober.
Here:
"Hello Kati Svaby,
Welcome to ooVoo!
Your ooVoo account has been created and you are now ready to start video calling!
I have ID and password."

When I wanted to use for the first time the ooVoo I got a notice that this software is very dangerous because it makes a hole on my firewall and if I want to open it I have to know that the viruses can attack my laptop.
I answered: yes. I wanted to open it.

Two days later I got a message from Avast that I am under attack from an Internet virus. They told that there are more than 3000 viruses in my laptop.I immediately switched off my laptop I took it to the technician who got down the ooVoo.

Dear Torsten, please, tell me what to do? I would like to participate in Skype sessions. What I should do that I can use the ooVoo securely. What do you recommend me?

You don't need to download or install anything to take part in an ooVoo classroom. You simply click on the link we send you and you can access the system to your browser. Again: No additional software is needed.
