Ok, my guesses are as follows: :)

1. They come after they finish work.
2. I think both of the sentences are correct, however, the first one is less likely to happen,
3.I have known him for 25 years. We met in Berlin. (i do not know why though, just sounds more correct to me)
4. He would give me a ride / a lift to the airport. (canīt both be correct?)
5. His laziness drives me sad / mad. (naturally, the second one is correct. However, i was surprised i looked up so many links with "driving me sad" ... )
6. Although he knew the right answer, he didnt say it.
7. I remember sending the letter so it must have arrived by now.
8. The film will be starting by the time we get there.
9. I wish you had come earlier. I expected you to help me.
10. Despite of him being tired, he helped us.

Thank you for your help !

1.' They will come after they finish work' is the best option from those choices. A vbetter sentence would be 'They will come after they have finished work.'
2. I agree with you.
3. correct (met - past tense. It happened 25 years ago).
4. 'a lift' is correct. 'A ride' may be used but is not grammatically correct unless he is taking you on a bike rather than in a car, etc.
5. correct
6, correct but there is an apostrophe missing from didn't.
7. That's the best of the available options, but strictly speaking the sentence should read 'I remember sending the letter so it should have arrived by now.'
8. Also the best of the options, though 'The film will have started...' is far more likely.
9. correct
10. 'Despite being tired, he helped us' / 'Despite the fact that he was tired, he helped us.
The two original options available are both poor. This question is flawed.
