Accent Problem?

I am an Indian, I do have some accent problem. Can anyone suggest what should I do to improve my accent?

Whether reading the articles aloud will improve my fluency?

ı am kurdish people in turkey when we learned turkish and talking we being have same accent problem but ı think that is not big problem peoples accent not important that is important what did you say...one person understand your or not
