Hi,

Is this sentence grammatically correct?

'I believe you will be sucsessful, because you are smart and have big dreams'

(I mean is 'are' parallel with 'have'?)

Yes, it's OK (apart from the spelling slip). It's understood to mean "because you are smart and you have big dreams'.
