1. Generally, "next month" (no "the") means the month following the current month. "the next month" means the month following any month that is identified by the context.

2. OK (apart from general points noted below).

3. It should be "I took off my coat".

Sentences should always begin with a capital letter and end with a period (or question mark or exclamation mark).

The word "I" is always capitalised.

Number items as I have done above, with a numeral, then a dot (or you can use a closing bracket), then a space. Your style like "2,The atmosphere..." is incorrect.

If there is one word in the English language that you should learn to spell correctly, it is "grammar"!

So you say, but the evidence from this "sentence" is that you have not read (or understood) anything I said.

First of all, as Dozy said, the word 'I' is always capitalised -- this is regardless of its position in the sentence, so the second time you used it in your sentence above, it should still have been capitalised.

I have put off my exam to next month. (the month following the one we are in).
I have put off my exam to the next month (the month following the one you have just been talking about).

I have put my exam off to next month. (the month following the one we are in).
I have put my exam off to the next month (the month following the one you have just been talking about).

The first set is more formally correct but in conversation you will hear the second word order quite frequently.
