Dear Mr. Ross!
I address to you with the request send money for creation art school for children-invalids. At this school they can get acquainted with the most different kinds of creativity. It will give them stimulus for life and belief in the forces. Art school creation will allow them to look at itself on the other hand. Creativity cures, especially if person is in such situation. Thank you very much!

I would change the composition this way:
Dear Mr. Ross!

I request you to send money for the creation of an art school for disabled children. At this school they would be able to get acquainted with a variety/wide range of different kinds of creativity. It will give them stimulus for life and belief in their forces. The art school will allow them to look at themselves in a different light.

But I have no idea how to paraphrase 'Creativity cures, especially if a person is in such a situation.' Maybe 'Creativity cures, especially if a person knows about health problems from their own experience.'

What is your opinion?
