I'm writing an email to my landlord and I would like to ask him about the best time for me to move to the new place so I don't affect his schedule. Just wondering if this sentence is correct or if there are other better ways to say the same in a very formal way.

"We were wondering if next Monday is a convenient day for you to us to move."

You might say, "We were wondering if you would find next Monday a convenient day for us to move."
