Hi there,
There are a lot of techniques that help you to improve your vocabulary. One of them is to use what you have learned. To put them in a sentence. It is not easy practice ,I believe, but it is very efficient. So,every once in a while I will post a new word and I am going to use it in a sentence.I'd like you to join me and you're welcome to correct my mistakes.

Today's word is : Criticize.

Ex:
_ She don't like me.That's why she always criticize whatever I do.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
"Without words ,you have nothing to work with"

You are making frequent mistakes with spacing, and this makes your writing look very messy. When you use a comma or a full stop, put one space after, and no space before. For example:

"So,every once in a while" -- Wrong
"So ,every once in a while" -- Wrong
"So, every once in a while" -- Correct

Your sentence should be:

"She doesn't like me. That's why she always criticizes whatever I do."

Hi there. I really find it too difficult to do that very often :( I do learn new vocab but still struggle to use it in a sentence. It's easier to recognize new words while reading. Hiks ;(

Oh, right!

In that case, "I wasn't exaggerating when I said that I loved her" feels faintly odd to me. Usually it's perceived that you either love someone or you don't. Anything less is qualitatively different, so there's no lesser degree where "love" might be an "exaggeration". Arguably!

I suppose, Mona28 has used "exaggerate" like synonym of "deceive".
