1. Oils from the ship was spilled into the ocean.
2. Trash can is spilled over with coffee cups and sandwich wrappers.
3. Streams have been spilled over their banks with the muddy water.
Please correct them with your comments

1. Oil from the ship was spilled into the ocean.
2. The trash can is spilling over with coffee cups and sandwich wrappers. (You need 'is' because the trash can hasn't spilled, the contents have.)
3. Muddy water from the streams has spilled over the banks. (It's the water that has spilled.)

Not really, no. You haven't exactly re-written them.

This would be okay:
There is a trash can spilling over with coffee cups and sandwich wrappers.
