Read materials related to grammar, both from books and on the Internet.
Keep reading from and posting at this forum.
Start reading newspapers and continue with novelas.
Watch materials with titles in English.
Listen to news, Sky news, BBC news etc, then switch to films.
Speak face to face to NES which you can meet from time to time.
Find personal tutor if you have money to pay for.
Visit a NES country and stay there for a while.

Hi China Man,

Please note that the noun 'advice' is uncountable so the word 'advices' doesn't exist. Also, in English we begin every sentence with a capital letter and it with a period, question mark or exclamation mark.

Also, I suggest you read English For Winners
