"The meeting took place off without an incidence."
What is the meaning for this sentence?
What is the meaning for 'off' in this sentence?
Can I replace 'took place' with either 'happened' or 'occurred'?

The sentence is incorrect. "off" should be deleted. "incidence" should be "incident", but the usual form of words is "without incident", not "without an incident".

These all have very similar meanings:

"The meeting took place without incident."
"The meeting happened without incident."
"The meeting occurred without incident."

In this particular sentence I have a personal stylistic preference for "took place".
