Can one say:
1-When I was marking your paper, I took some points off for accuracy.
Meaning: ... I took some points off for lack of accuracy.... because you were not accurate enough.

It's not a very precisely formulated sentence in my opinion, but the intended meaning is obvious and it would usually be acceptable in an everyday context.
