For Americans, what is the better sentence (in terms of familiarity/usage) to say - "The ABCD page should be shown to the user."

Or

"The ABCD page should display to the user."

All fields should display on the page.
All fields should be shown on the page.

They all seem OK to me, though 'display' seems more appropriate to the field. As far as computer/internet terminology is concerned, I would expect no difference between Englishes. It is too new a technology.

Thanks for the reply Mister Micawber.

It can be beneficial if we use U.S. familiar words So we can gain more business (I doubt the correctness of this sentence).

If we use the words which are familiar to Americans, we can have good relation with our clients (U.S.).
