Children should follow parents’ job. agree / disagree?

Most of the parents worry about their children’s future job, and this can be asignificant part of every person’s life. Some children follow their parents’ job, while others do not. In my point of view, children should follow their parents’ job due to the points that they can use their parents’ information and experience of the job;their parents’job is more accessible than others;and they do not need any preparation for gaining reputation.

First of all, information and experience are items that are important for launching a job. Before starting a job each person should get information about the job and also consult others about their ideas and experiencesabout that job, and this is not very simple because it is time-consuming and takes a lot of energy. For example, when my brother wanted to found a company which was importing goods from China, he investigated about the job and got some others’ opinions and their experiences related to the job and this process took around a year, and it took a lot of energy from him. On the other hand, when his friend wanted to continue his father’sjob with the same job, he did not getinformation about the job because every information and experience had been provided via his father.
Additionally, being accessibleis another point that a person should consider about a job. In my country Iran, it is not easy to find a job, and according to a recent research at Tehran University, overfifty percent of the juveniles are jobless. Therefore, if any parents can provide a job for their children, it is a great advantage for their children to continue the job. I had this opportunity and continued my mother’s job after her retirement in PetroleumResearch Institute,and it can be possible for any other personin an official or non-official position, and it would be very helpful for that person.
Last but not least, having desirable relationship or perfect reputation is the factor that is necessary in the job, and it is not gained easily. If a person wants to start a new job without any relationship or reputation, he or she should be known to the colleagues after maybe more than a year so that they can trust that person. As a case in point, George, one of my friends, has rented a place and intended to opena supermarket. At the beginningof his job he had no reference for his job and he was unknown in his job, just a few people visitedhis supermarket but after a year the number of his customers increased. You can imagine you inherit your father’ssupermarket after ten years with tons of customers.You will become a rich personvery soon.
As the aforementioned reasons, children should follow and continue their parents job because of no need for information and experience, easily access, and no necessityto gain reputation andrelationships.
