He plays an interest in my life, a love interest who brings out this kind of girly side to Audrey that those other two boys haven’t yet or she’s not able to with them.

I Would appreciate if you paraphrase this sentence with simple sentences especially to play love interest part.

Many thanks

I assume that the speaker is playing the part of Audrey in a film. The "love interest" is a boy in the film with whom she has a romantic relationship. He makes Audrey behave in a "girly" (feminine) way. She does not behave in the same girly way with the other two boys (other characters in the film).

The sentence is structurally flawed.
