Hello.
Computers play a role in our every day lives, sometimes without us even realising it consider the use of computers in both shops and offices.

Is this sentence grammatically correct?
If so, what is the meaning of the sentence?
Thank you. Have a good day.

No, it is not correct. It appears to be two sentences run together. Also, "every day" should be "everyday". This would be correct:

"Computers play a role in our everyday lives, sometimes without us even realising it. Consider the use of computers in both shops and offices."

(The expectation is that the text would then go on to say something more about computer use in shops and offices.)
