Hi,would you please explain when we should use strong form of"and" ,"for" and when we should use weak form?

You use the so called 'strong' form when you want to put special emphasis on the words. In most other cases, both words are pretty much reduced which in your book is probably referred to as the 'weak form'. What's much more effective and useful than discussing phonetics is to actually speak the language.
