1. How come you're here?-- If you are going to use informal language, then you must be consistent.
2. What I have done is put together data from the different sheets onto a single sheet.

While speaking, would the listener notice the difference, if I used 'you are' instead of 'you're'?

Why do you prefer 'onto' over 'on'?

While speaking, would the listener notice the difference, if I used 'you are' instead of 'you're'?-- If he cared, he would notice that it was not natural, conversational pronunciation, yes.
What I have done is put together data from the different sheets onto a single sheet. Why do you prefer 'onto' over 'on'?- Because 'put' is an action verb.
