Sent 1- I will be free in/at the evening but i will reach home arround 8 PM so that is too late.
Sent 2- I will free in/at the evening but i might get late to reach home arround 8 PM.

are both sentences correct?
please give me some more example and let me know where and when we can use will,will be,in/at?

Here's how I would recast those sentences:
I will be free in the evening but I will not reach home until around 8 PM, so that is too late.
I will be free in the evening, but I might be late getting home so may not be available until around 8 PM.
