'The' - article

Is this ruling correct?
"Never use 'the' before 'another', 'each', 'every', 'neither' or 'either' together."
Example:
'The Another man was got arrested when he was in Delhi. '

Sounds right to me. I can't think of any instances where they would be placed directly together. However, you can use both in one sentence.

Hi Allifathima,

As per my Knowldge you can not use Article 'The' before 'Another'.if you want to really use then there is two way as mentioned in the below:
1> The Other Man was got arrested when he was in Delhi.
2> Another Man was got arrested when he was in Delhi.

Sent-1 The Other meaning itsekf saying that we are talking about particular man so on that time we can use the Article 'the'
Sent-2 Another means 'some other' so in this case we can not say like the some other man was got arrested when he was in Delhi.
so you cn't use 'the' before Another.
