I suggest these:

Were you out shopping yesterday?
Did you go out shopping yesterday?

Did you not go to the cinema yesterday? /Didn't you go to the cinema yesterday?
Had you not gone to the cinema yesterday? / Hadn't you gone to the cinema yesterday?

In your second message:
My father came last night
is the correct form.

I don't consider this sentence correct without "before" before yesterday. Thanks

Most native English speakers do not use past perfect unless necessary. In both of these sentences they would say: "were you ____ yesterday?" or as Beeesneees said, "Did you go (shopping/to the cinema) yesterday?"

For your second sentences, the first one should be "My father had come last night." There is not perceptible difference between "My father had come last night," and "My father came last night." Most English speakers would use the simple past: "My father came last night."
