Let's my shop is closed on the 2nd and 4th week of Saturday.
How do i write it in a proper sentence?
Is it correct to write:
Our shop is closed on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month?
OR is there a clearer way to say it?
Thanks!

I don't understand what you mean by "the 2nd and 4th week of Saturday". Did you mix up your words?

"Our shop is closed on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month" is correct English. In this case I would prefer to write "second" and "fourth" in full.

Well, let's take December 2011 as an example. The second Saturday in December 2011 was 10th December. The fourth Saturday in December 2011 was 24th December. So, in this month, your shop would be closed on the 10th and 24th.

[edited... sorry, I messed up my answer first time]
