Today, the refineries are unable to supply LPG to the gas companies. They sell one Bobtail capacity (6 tons) for each company in the morning, and in the late evening (8:00 P.M) they sell us only 10 tons, while our daily need is 22 tons. They told us that the priority is to sell gas cylinders, not bulk LPG.
The situation in the refinery is leading to a nationwide crisis in gas cylinders. This crisis came about from bad sea weather, which caused a delay in docking the LPG ship in port.
Basically, if this situation continues for another 48 hours, it will be very difficult and harmful to our clients, especially chicken farms, since our LPG stock supplied the farms with very little LPG - and that was not enough for 48 hours.
(If this happened once, it would be they SOLD, not they SELL, both places in sentence 2 in paragraph 1. Only if it is a continuing practice would it be they SELL.) |
