1. My wife has worked in this clinic since 2005. 2. My wife worked in this clinic from 2005. Are both sentences grammatically correct?

Yes. 1. - she is still working there (or has very recently stopped working there). 2. - she stopped working there a while ago. _________________ Cheers m' dears!
