Can one use:
1-If we don't talk to each other today and tomorrow, then we will talk day after tomorrow.
instead of:
2-If we don't talk to each other today or tomorrow, then we will talk day after tomorrow.

Yes, in spite of the logic, the listener would understand the synonymity.

Hi Navi,

One minor additional point... in both versions you need a definite article:
... then we will talk the day after tomorrow.

Hi,

I don't think there is an absolute 'need' for the definite article in this conversational exchange.

No surprises there then.

Navi - I suggest you refer to other sources, where I am confident that you'll find that the adverbial of time is always the day after tomorrow.
