"He come here for the last time."
Is the action of the sentence above as usual?

These are OK:

He is coming here for the last time.
He came here for the last time.

"He come here for the last time." What is the sense of this sentence?-- It has no sense: it is incorrect grammar. I come, you come, he comes. Even with the right verb form, I find a meaning difficult to find. It could be narrative present (telling a story about the past but in present tense).

"He comes here for the last time."
1. You mean still no sense?
2. But It could be narrative present (telling a story about the past but in present tense).

1. You mean still no sense? -- To me, only the sense in #2:
2. But It could be narrative present (telling a story about the past but in present tense).

He never came here again.
Is this also same in the story?
