1-Give each of these books to someone you know.
2-Give every one of these books to someone you know.

In which case:
a-each book is given to a different person
and in which
b-all the books are given to the same person.

I'm not sure but I think both could be either, depending on the way the person told interprets it.

If I had to choose though I'd say:

1 - a
2 - b
