Actually, either could be correct. Using "for" is simpler, but most speakers would construct the sentence the same way Beeesneees did.

Kindly arrange transportation to the airport to pick him up ...
Kindly arrange transportation for his airport pickup ...

If your intent is to be perfectly clear that someone needs to be picked up from the airport upon arrival I would say:
Kindly arrange his transportation from the airport for arrival per the schedule below:

If your intent is to be perfectly clear that someone needs to be taken to the airport for departure I would say:
Kindly arrange his transportation to the airport for departure per the schedule below:

Ahh yes, I missed the word "him". Omit the word "him" from the first statement and you're ok.

Unless this is in note form (and therefore not necessarily grammatical), I would say there also ought to be a definite article before 'airport'.
