Some people think that earning a high salary is the most important thing about a job. Other people think that doing enjoyable work is more important, even if the job does not pay well. Which is more important to you: work that pays well or work that is enjoyable? Give specific reasons and exampes to support your answer.

With the higher life demanding nowaday, many people keep changing their job if they have offered a higher salary. However, I think that is just a shallow thought since I totally agree that doing enjoyable work is more important and give me many benefit than higer salary.

First, I don't think people can do their best if they don't enjoy doing something. Without enthusiasm, work becomes merely a duty then when you face a obstacle or difficulty in work and you probably give up very soon. In contrast, a people who enjoy working in their field willing to explore and experience that new thing. For instance: My manager at ex-company was a talented guy; However, as he refused promotion because he enjoys doing design rather than being a boss and guidance others do that instead of him. He inspired me a passion at work and from him, I have learned many valuable things.

Second, I assure that when you do the favorite work, you will feel of meaningful and happier life, a feeling that you can never earn with heaps of money. Likewise, I think I never choose to be a teacher if I just think of salary. The enjoyable at work rather than work for money ideal is very important because it helps hamonize the society with many positions, many type of works, moreover, make people live happier and more successful with that attitude at work.

Higher salary is necessary in life; However, if we set it as prerequisite then leave your favorite work behind because the company don't offer you as the salary you want, you might lose chance to learn and challenge yourself to reach higher goal.

Eventually, i definitely say that enjoyable at work is more important for me than earning a high salary because I believe that many things in life are still valuable more than money.
