That was tough! So, where is it that people sound that way? Thanks

It looks really hard to understand the way you spoke in a completely different accent in last sentences of your first recording.

Hi, here it the U.S. the accents can also be difficult to decipher. Here is my imitation of an accent found in the southern U.S. Here in the south, we speak a little more slowly, so that may make it easier to understand.

Hi Luschen,

I do like your Southern American accent -- it’s very funny! Quite musical too! I have to say that I think it’s a lot easier to understand than the accent Alan imitated for us. Of course, the fact that you reproduced the same text as Alan did, made it all easier this time, but I think I would’ve understood you on the first listen anyway. (I did notice that your last line is slightly different from the way Alan recorded it: I wish, I wish he’d go away! -- Oh, how I wish he would go away!)
