Dear Kyaw! In this case it would be better to take off the shoe and dance and jump bare feet on the beach. It could be usefull at any age. I have LAMBADA in my mind.

Dear Kyaw! Don't forget you are still on the beach and it means that nice wather is near at hand. I can't imagine something more enjoyable like bath in the sea water after playing a beach volley-ball or other strong effort. I like sport very much and I still practice it. I don't believe that you hate it!

Talking about sports , I used to play bodybuilding, tennis, volleyball, badminton and Jet Li kind of thing when I was young. And now I run 6 Feet a day.
I'd love to watch you playing beach volleyball. I recall Ursula Andress in Dr. No. singing Underneath the mango tree....

Dear Kyaw! Being young it is something what sticks in human head. You can be 20-ty and think you are old. I'm not young ,but I think like a young person. And I play tennis and swimm. If I didn't do it, my emotions and my nerves would burn me to ashes. And I believe it keeps me healthy. I wish everyone to think the some way. Don't you mention your age anymore, because I'm not going to listen to it.

I always see things in macro, not in micro. My age of 53 is nothing in the universe I use it just as a worldly fact. I have new world after this world that I'm living for.
