To do some thing special and to secure a significant position utilizing my strong technical and physical abilities in my specialization field at a reputed organization.

Is the above sentence correct?

My another question is if I replace the underlined word above with "by" then is there anything wrong?

My one more question is if I don't use second "to" which is in italic font in the above sentence then is there anything wrong?

'my another' is incorrect. Just say 'another'.
'My one more' is incorrect. Just say 'One more'.

You cannot replace utilizing with 'by'.
You can leave out the second 'to'.

I just don't understand what is the problem if I replace "utilizing" with "by".

They don't have the same meaning,
utilizing = making practical, effective use of...

You could add 'by':
'... secure a significant position by utilizing my strong technical and physical abilities'

or if you want a 'simpler' word to replace 'utilizing' you could say this:
''... secure a significant position (by) using my strong technical and physical abilities'

but 'by' alone is not enough to add sense to that sentence.
