Hi, what does 'monty' mean in the following sentence?

Got the monty okay, but low and behold, I received two charges for over $ 60.00.

Many thanks,
Torsten

monty = full amount.

Possibly this was a typo, but the phrase is 'lo and behold' not 'low and behold'.

So 'full monty' means full full amount ? ;)

I'd suggest that monty here might be a spelling mistake ('e' and 't' are not far away on the qwerty keyboard). I've never heard 'monty' used in this context before.

I hadn't either, but my dictionary has. It seems that 'Full Monty' is evolving and the 'full' is being assumed.
The full phrase is probably considered too long to send in a text message!
