could you please help me to translate it? I know about key management and Manet and internet document and RFC but totally have some problem to translate.

"emerging" means that the documents and RFCs are currently and recently being published. The implication is that this is a fairly new area of study.

"thus far" means "so far" or "up until now".

Up until now, none of the documents/RFCs have dealt with the subject of key management.

The original sentence is ungrammatical. The most obvious fix is to insert the word "the" before "emerging". If it is supposed to be a complete sentence then it should start with a capital letter.
