I wasn't vegetarian a day and I don't want to be..
I think people should be modest in everything.. the health problems were divided by the vegetable as well as meat..
This is my opinion..
Thank you. _________________ We are always looking for a miracle but the things we are used to seeing are more miraculous than those we are looking for. |

Hello Jamilion, I am ready lol
I am not a vegetarian, but more books are out there discussing the health benefit of vegetarianism. I agree with you that we have to be able to balance in order to get the required nutrition. Most of the time when you think about being vegetarian protein comes to mind. Where do I get the required protein? Soy is the good source of protein but women need about 45 grams, and men need about 55 grams of protein day.
Thank you, kkebe |

I like a good, juicy steak with me roast and a piece of brisket at the side. And that's just for starters.

Hi everybody, I know vegetable is very good to our health but only in some ways. I have ever had some time in my life to be a vegetarian. because at that time I'm a fraid of meat with no reason. about one year later, I became balanced, now I don't think I can be a vegeterian anymore, just sometimes. |

Hi
There is no necessity for any one to become vegetarian, it depends on their family tradition, back ground. By considering health we cannot say veg. food alone keep ones health, non-veg. will not do, it is wrong opinion. If your health permits to take only veg. food, you can follow that. there are so many people who eats veg.food and they feel that health is poor comparing with non.veg. eaters.
According to me, you can take any food according to your health condition and Dr's Advice. If you want I will send one protein chart which will help you for protein intake. I am pure vegeterian from childhood itself. So I will not stand near Non-Veg items. please you can see the Diet list in the internet, the file which I want to send is not uploading.
Thank you

Dear Shanthi,
I have looked different websites, and I found an interesting documentary film that explains well why becoming vegetarianism is significant. I also got the book and started using it; so far, I am enjoying my new recipe. It is called “Forks over Knives.” You may already know about it.
Thank you,

Hi
What do you mean by "Fork"?. Thank you for making all recipes by yourselves. You can look after your health before you getting married a "Native English Speaking Girl".
Wish you good health
Thank you

I have a strong dislike against vegans. The only vegans I have ever met so far were very fanatical in their views. I think it is fine when people choose not to eat meat or any animal products, but when they forbid their children to eat such foods, then it makes me angry. A growing body needs zinc, iron, B-vitamins and selenium, which are vitamins and minerals that are much better and much more easily obtained and absorbed from meat than from vegetables. In the past fifteen years, the cases of underdeveloped children have been found higher in vegan families than in regular diet or lacto-ovo vegetarian families. Not allowing a child to eat animal products and limiting his or her range of foods that are needed to grow up healthy is--in my opinion--malicious injury. Unfortunately, in court it is always difficult to prove and prosecute such cases. I once met a vegan who fed her dog only vegan dog food. The dog looked horribly skinny and malnourished. I find it very cruel to deny a carnivore any kind of meat!
Adults can choose whatever diet they are comfortable with for themselves, with emphasis on "for themselves".
