I have a lot of blunder story in my life. Same embarrassing mistake are occurred again and again because of my fault. Every time I forgot that situation and remember it after happening. And then I want and pray that never reoccurred such type of mistake in my life anymore.

TOEFL listening lectures: What aspect of USA Today does the professor mainly discuss?

Here is my revision:

I have many stories of blunders I have made in my life. Some embarrassing mistakes occurred again and again, all due to my errors. Every time I forget the previous similar situation and only remember it after it happens again. Then I hope and pray that the same kind of mistake will never reoccur in my life.
