1-Yesterday, I slept and watched television all day.
2-Yesterday, I slept or watched television all day.

3-Yesterday, I sang and watched television all day.
4-Yesterday, I sang or watched television all day.

The assumption is that the singing and the television-watching were not done at the same time. Obviously one cannot sleep and watch television at the same time.
