Hello!
I don't understand the meaning of this sentence: 'What I get a real buzz from is going round in a good time or crossing the finishing line ahead of my opponents.'
What does 'get a real buzz' mean? or going round in a good time?
Thank you for your time!

a real buzz - a high sense of enjoyment and satisfaction

Whoever wrote that was an athlete:
going round (the athletics track) in a good time (in a short time span, which means they ran fast)
