1. The restaurant is a long way from here.
2. The restaurant is far from here.
3. We went a long way.
4. We went far.
5. We went far from here.
Please correct the above sentences if they are wrong.
If any sentence is found wrong, please give the grammatical reason?

They are all possible. In cases like these, "a long way" (or "a long way away") tends to be more conversational than "far".

1. I’m not sure I can walk so far.
2. I’m not sure I can walk too far.
3. The dress was too tight for me.
4. The dress was so tight for me.
Please check & correct the sentences.

1 - use this if someone has mentioned a place or point some distance from where you are as the point that you should get to.
2 - use this to indicate that you cannot walk a considerable distance, with no fixed point of arrival.
Use 3, not 4, 'so...' does not work with 'for me'.
You can say something like:
The dress was so tight.
or
The dress was so tight that I couldn't move.
