Which is correct:

1-The man I taught how to repair the computer has left the company.
2-The man I taught how to repair the computer to has left the company.
3-The man to whom I taught how to repair the computer has left the company.

1 is the best of those options, but it still sounds slightly awkward.
I'd probably recast it:
I taught a man to repair the computer but he has now left the company.
