the main competitor at my class became as crazy when the teacher had read the result , "her result is 28/40  " and she is very cocky  , but I have to own that she is very good student and when she speak English , you will think that she is a foreign person and her tongue isn't Arabic tongue. Herc |
I wonder how she became crazy at hearing the result.  Well, it is really funny to find a competitor, at least i experienced that and benefited it a lot. What a nice memory!! Virtually she was more excellent than me , a genius , i think. But when we graduated from the High School i won her again!  The Game was over because she left for another city , anyway, i still miss her because my interests in english study were developed well at that time!!!! Nice Days! :!: :P Ohh, forget to send my great CONGRATULATIONS :P You deserve it!

Hi Hercules!
33 of 40? Whow! Congratulation! 8) 8)
I myself took place in an online-test-exam recently (just reading and writing skills) and got 87 of 124.  But that?s not important since I know that continueing improving my skills is the challenge for me the next future.

Hi Michael
How are you ? I hope you are fine , thanks a lot for your congratulations to me ,and what about your nice horses ! are they fine .. I think that , do you know why I think that ? because I have Arabic proverb and I hope that you have read it or heard it :
The behavior of horse belongs to the equestrian ...
so I think you are a good horses coach and good equestrian too . :)
Anyway , I don't think your result is very bad , and all of us " I mean that all of members and even some moderators too " need to improve our language skills . so you and I and all members here need to learn and study hard to achieve our goal in learning English .
Best wishes

Hi Hercules!
Yes, thanks, I?m feeling fine and hope you do too?
Seriously, I didn?t know that the proverb you mentioned has Arabic roots but I can imagine that it came with the Arabian horses to Europe. I mean since even the lowest in range Arab is rather self-willing if the human isn?t capable of leading a horse. And what?s more horses are capable of recognizing your emotions even though you might be able to hide them for other humans. And particularly, Arabs response immediately. That is what makes Arabs that interesting for me beside of their beauty. Please let me tell you a short story about that:
Once a related of my coach and me joined for a ride with coache?s Arabs. Being back from our ride we always lead the horses back into their stables. Now our related took one of them and it took him not even two minutes till the horse stood on its back-legs only and smashed its head at the stable?s roof. We weren?t able to discover any exciteness at our related but since he weren?t able to calm the horse I took it and immediately the horse got quiet and allowed me to bring it back into the stable.
You?re right, my result of the test-exam isn?t really bad, but like Tamara in some cases I must admit to be a perfectionist and am dissatisfied when I don?t achieve an excallent result. Beside of some unpleasant feelings this circumstance offers me some fortune: 1st it makes me contionueing learning 8) , 2nd it makes me continueing talking to you and all the other members of this site 8) 8) .
See you

Hi Hercules!
It?s me again! I just want to add to me latter post, that I was watching my horse. I just wonder whether Mohammed himself made a poetic discription about the race he -from what I know- seperated himself? There is a mystery around it in Germany and I would like you to tell me whether Mohammed created a discription in the Qum?ran - please excuse my failureful spelling your bibel-. If that is the case I?ll give the full monthy translating what I read or ask you to share the discription to me your Qum?ran offers.

Hi Michael.
It's nice to hear that you are fine .
The prophet Mohamed gave a nice description about the horses and the camels too , and you know that the horses have a strong relation with their coaches ,and they are trusty animals and they're famed by that , and the camels have the same situation too .
But that description wasn't at The Quran . " The Quran is Allah talking ". but "AL-Sunah is the talking of prophet Mohamed " , so , there are many speeches from the Messenger Mohamed about the horses and also about the camels , and of course all of that speeches you can find them in "AL-Sunah ". by the way , If you are very interested in it , I will send some of links about AL-Sunah and I think you will find there what you are looking for .
Anyway , could you tell us what kinds of horses that you like, and how many kinds of horses there are in the world ? and what about the German horses ? I've heard that they had bigger size than Arabian horses ,and do you prefer them than Spanish horses ?
Hope you to have a good time .

Thank you for clarifying the difference between the book of Allahs talkings and the talkings from Mohammed. Be sure I?ll keep it in my mind.
And yes, I?m interested in your links and will enjoy receiving them. Unfortunately I?m late and want to answer some other replies but anytime the next days I?ll translate and post my favourite poetry to you, not really knowing whether it stems from your Prophet Mohammed in fact. Perhaps you can tell me whether you recognize it!

Now my favourite horses are that from pure blood as they are that aware of themselves and that clever and also have a wonderful appearance.
To be honest, I don?t know how much races of horses exist in the world.
As for the German horses, yes, most of them are bigger than the Arabians. There are round about thirteen or fourteen races and have a height of 1.65 to 1.80 meters and are more bodyful than Arabs but there is also (not really a race) the German riding pony, which have a height of 1.35 to 1.48 meters. I would not really prefer them the Spanish ones since my favourite is the Arabian horse.
But what about you? How are you?
